The case already comes with 4 fans. You want an aftermarket cpu cooler - hyper 212 evos get good reviews for the price but there are others. I would pick a better power supply, check here: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html. Otherwise it looks fine.

I'm going to be ordering parts after the 21st. so i'm going to give it till then, and if the prices are still high in certain areas, I will consider wolte or easylovers
 
Few changes. First you don't need dedicated fans. I will not compromise on good quality PSU and RAM (At the end it is your call). I would recommend NZXT Phantom series case. It is still plentiful for your specs:
