A few weeks back I had my SSD completely crap itself and I had to format it and reinstall windows. Now I have everything where I need and precautions to where my computer won't break again. but I have noticed that my CPU is really high (locked above 35-40% idle) and my RAM at around 40-55% idle and it goes up alittle bit while playing games but can get really high during GPU/CPU intensive games (70-80% both). So I'm curious to what is happening because before it used to be CPU = 10% idle and RAM = 20% idle, so I don't know if it is my cpu cooler, which is the basic cooler, that is crapping out or if its something with a program.
