Looking for a FX socket motherboard around $60.

Will be putting a FX 6300 in it.

This is one that I found that seems ok. Asrock 960GM/U3S3 FX

I heard that older AM3+ boards need a BIOS update to be able to use the newer FX processors and I think that motherboard is one of them. Though I've never done a BIOS update before.

I plan on putting a PCIe wifi card and MSI GTX 750 in the system.

Solution
ASRock 960GM/U3S3 will work.

MSI 970A-G43 will work.

Updating BIOS require the CPU to be installed, then use either an executable file from the manufacturer's website to update the BIOS, or using the UEFI BIOS' update utility without manual update. However, downloading from the manufacturer's website for the latest BIOS is recommended since not all BIOS update utility are pushed with the latest version.

I would go with the MSI 970A-G43 because of its later chipset and better build quality for it's price.

I have not bought any parts yet.

The gigabyte motherboard wont work because i wont be able to fit a video card and wifi card.

The second motherboard is one that i had already chosen and wanted to know if the fx 6300 would work properly on it. Woild the cpu work work while updating the BIOS.

Just posting a link to another motherboard is not enough to convince me.
