Wondering if I'm not getting max performance out of my video card. Here is my system setup.

HP Envy Phoenix
Processor: i7 4770 3.4ghz
12gb ddr3 1600mhz ram
2gb nvidia GeForce GTX 770
600 watt power supply
Widows 8.1

Now that power supply is the minimum requirements for that card. How much performance is list not going with a bigger video card and what should I get for this setup? Any help would be appreciated.

the 770 runs on this computer, but for such a high end graphics card i thought i would be seeing a much better frame rate on some of my games. For example my laptop which is 2 years old has a Medium range graphics card and can do around 120 FPS on High Settings playing league of legends. This graphics card can get over 200 if nothings happening but in team fights and for most of the later game it's down to around the 120 range also on the highest settings. It just seams to me like it would be pushing out more frames on a game that's not very graphicly challenged. And how do i know i'm getting the performance i paid for. I will say also that i have dual monitor setup. Maybe that affects performance as well but it's only rendering the game to one screen so i'm not sure. also ty very much for your replys.

30fps is all our eyes need to see fluid gameplay. The issue for league is it's an adobe air made game. The fluctuations between the fps is normal for virtually everyone. An issue you may run into if you dont have a 144htz monitor is screen tearing because the refresh rate of your monitor isn't fast enough for your gpu.
