4570 and GTX770 because the GPU is more important for gaming and the I5 can keep well up with it. In that case there is no overclock since the CPU is not "K" series.

so its better than an overclocked 4670k?but isn't new games today use more of the cpu?

4570 is not better than an OC'ed 4670k, but 4570 paired with gtx 770 will dominate in gaming performance over the OC'ed 4670k simply because games depend on graphics card more.

GPU is what drives gaming performance more than the CPU and the GTX770 is around 20% more powerful than the GTX760. And since there is no bottleneck issues with the 4570 it will game better with the stronger card.

Reasons to choose i5-4670K + GTX760:
1. Graphic card can be upgraded easily in the future, but not the intel CPU.
2. Love to overclock
3. GTX760 can play all the current titles at a decent framrates (1920x1080)

Reasons to choose i5-4570 + GTX770
1. Better graphic card, why not?
2. I don't overclock.
3. 4570 is an alright CPU. The 770 isn't bottlenecked by this CPU in most games.

Board with 4+1 power phrase CAN be used to overclock i5-4670K. But how well it does the job depends on the overall quality the the board and the supporting cooling system.
Personally, I'd go for i5-4570 + GTX770 because of the reason number 2. I believe that a skillful gamer does not necessary need to overclock.

I have i5 4570 with msi N760 hawk edition for gaming at 1920x1080. I may be wrong but before purchasing i read BF4 performance comparisons and i noted 1 fps difference with i7 processor and 2 fps difference with overclocking. Besides one will have to invest in cooling arrangements costs.

I bought one N760 with plans to SLI in future because i read benchmarks that it will not play BF4 at ultra. But since Nvidia's late February drivers release, the Geforce experience has set the optimized BF4 game profile to play at ultra. And am indeed playing it so since last few weeks with zero hiccups or side-effects. And i have lazily not yet overclocked the gpu and my plans to SLI have shifted to BF5. I also tested crysis 3 and it runs smoothly in ultra too, but am yet to reach the "Jungle" level which is supposed to be hardware heavy. As its released in July 2013, i expect the hawk to be available for sale till 2015 end, hopefully at lesser price too. :)

My suggestion, choose i5 4570 with gtx 770. Or go for n760 hawk and sli in future. An sli config anytime is cool and will be powerful than a single 770. also if you go for hawk, then go for msi mpower max board as the yellow stripes match on, although its actually an overclocking enthusiast type board.
