I am having the same problem. 'Del' key doesn't show BIOS feature. And I don't see any solution on any other threads submitted regarding this. Because I am in dire need of changing the OS, and the unfortunately 'things' not working, makes me such angry that feeling like to kick the mobo so hard and high, that it would travel like cruise missile (Cruise Gigabyte Missile!) and find the designers of it no matter where they try to hide.

Now please, does anyone have any solution?

Could be your monitor, my monitor had problems like that for some people although I don't have any. Google your monitor make/model and see if anyone has had problems getting the BIOS up on it.

If the usual method of pressing the delete key during POST won't get you into the BIOS, then try this method:

That looks like for Windows 8; I am using win7. Anyway, the problem is solved. Thanks. Now the Del key works

Idk what happened but, connecting an ancient 10 yrs old monitor brought the BIOS setup; then plugged in the newer one, and working fine. Very weird! Thanks for the idea :)
