That's a toughie. I'd say the FX 8320 would have an edge on that particular CPU with the overclock.

Well, unless you want a 10+ page of difference between their architecture, and what kind of application you are using, what is it depending on and so on.

So lets make this short: What are you going to use a 4670k@stock or a 8320@4.5 for?

For Gaming - i5 4670K any day even beats a FX - 9570
For Applications like Photoshop and Video editing/Rendering/Compressing/etc - FX - 8320
oh and if you play BF4 a lot then go for FX-8320 paired with a AMD card
