I have no idea what that is. My motherboard for example is an Asus p8z77-v le plus, the make being asus and the model being p8z77-v le plus. When I google cm1745 it shows me an asus desktop but no specification of a motherboard.

that's your cpu. It's okay. Just make sure it has at least 2 pci-e slots and see if asus can verify if that's crossfire supported. Just because you have 2 slots doesn't not automatically mean it's supported so make sure or buy a board that is.
