So my rig atm comprises of the following components

AMD FX-4300 OC'd to 4.6 GHz

GT 430 OC'd (Mem clock-600 MHz ; GPU clock-920 MHz. I got ripped off since the specs of the card are equivalent to a GT 520 and the guy doesn't do returns, good news though is I got it a price of a GT 520 lol so I should have known)

An iBall PSU which the thread is really about, I have attached a picture of it http://

Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2

HDD - 7200 RPM SATA

4 GB DDR3 Ram

So my questions are :-

1. Would my PSU be able to handle the system with if I add an HD 7750 1 GB GDDR5? I doubt it but nothing wrong with confirming it :D

2. How much difference in performance will I see if I get an HD 7750 over the faux GT 430?

3. Would a Corsair VS 450 be overkill for the system if I 'need' to replace the PSU since I wont upgrade for a lot of time after this?

Solution
truly speaking, i wouldn't trust on the quality of that psu so changing it would be the best. And talking about figuring out psu, your gpu requires minimum of 16A current on +12V rail, which on your psu shows 17A :D
Regarding watts, you need 400watts minimum, so your psu is capable of providing you about 400watts but it will be extracting more power from wall and thats the reason 80% efficiency psu is mostly recommended for minimum power wastage. Your HD 7750 at full load consumes 55 watts.

Wow, it'd be able to handle the gpu? I've heard a lot about the crapiness of the psu and how it would only be able to supply 250w. Also sorry to bother you with another question but how would one calculate the wattage with the help of the given picture. Thanks a lot for the answer :)
