Airflow in Aerocool Dead Silence

I want better cooling in my computer and I have two available fan slots on top of my case that I do not know how to exploit yet.

I made a few examples:

Alternative 1:

Which alternative gives best cooling? Open for other solutions too :)

I have read many articles on this subject and most of them says positive air pressure, but not the ones you linked. As I understand from those articles I should go for a modified alternative 1. A 200mm intake front fan with dustfilter, two 140mm exhaust fans on top and a 140mm exhaust rear fan. Is that right?

Looks like negative air pressure will collect a lot of dust, but I don't think that will be a problem for me. I don't have my computer on the floor and a dust filter on my intake fan would help a lot.

This one says positive pressure gives dustless air and better GPU cooling. That's what i'm looking for.

Think I'm gonna try both Alternative 1 with rear exhaust and Alternative 2.
