Dear friends, I have thought of a configuration.
Kindly, let me know will it work fine or there is problem in configuration and suggest:

GPU: Asus GTX 660 2GB or GTX 660Ti or GTX 660Ti Dragon Edition
MB: Asus Z87 Pro
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800)
HDD: Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250 GB (Primary)
CPU: Core i7 4770k
PSU: Currently I have Antec 400watts. Will it work?

Solution
550W is enough for any single GPU configuration, and it's usually more than enough unless you got some crazy set up running FX-9590 (220W TDP), GTX 780 Ti (250W TDP), motherboard (15W ish), HDD (some W), etc. You get the point.
However, no one really use a CPU that needs 220W, usually max out at 125W for FX-8350, which if you just add up the rest. 550W will look like the plan.
Yes, the PC will probably boot up with that PSU, but won't be able to play game.
Anyways, it looks good besides the low wattage on that PSU and a little imbalance between CPU and GPU (for gamer). However, that depends on the purpose of your build.
Get XFX Core Edition 550W http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013
or if you can't afford that,
EVGA 500B http://www.ncixus.com/products/?usaffiliateid=1000031504&sku=85625&vpn=100-B1-0500-KR&manufacture=eVGA&promoid=1285
Keep in mind that the XFX one has higher quality

Will you use it for gaming? If yes.

Change CPU to i5-4670k and RAM to 8 GB.

Use the money you save to buy a fair 500-600W PSU like CX which will last 3 years+ or use more cash and buy a 600-700W high quality PSU which will last 7 years+.

Will your Antec 400W work? Probably not.

PSU I will change but what imbalance between CPU & GPU you mentioned? What should be done to rectify that?

Yes. Maybe buy this motherboard instead:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130693
Same quality, lower price. I really like MSI products tough.

Dear
Everything seems fine here except i am doubting that will 550w PSU be good enough or i should go for a higher wattage?
