as i said for an 750ti installed on a system the recommendation is 20A on the 12v rail and a 400w minimum. you are close to that so it may work, at least to boot on windows. at full load under gaming situations you must find out. since i cant find any detailed info about your i ball, i cant trust it, so i cant recommend.its your call please read this http://www.akshatblog.com/how-to-find-a-good-smps-for-your-pc/
