Cheap quiet PSU. CX430M?

I'm building a Kaveri rig and want to replace my old PSU. I don't need a lot of power as I'm just using the on board graphics, but I would like silence (and tidy cable management). The semi modular Corsair CX430M looks to be a no brainer for the price. Does anyone know how noisy or quiet it is? Would I be better with something like a non modular bequiet Pure Power 7 for the same price?

SeaSonic are relatively expensive in the UK. What other brands would you recommend for silence. I like the idea of the zero fan mode on the Corsair RM but again they are expensive for a low power build
