I am planning to build a gaming PC with AMD FX8350 and Radeon HD 7950 Boost edition with 8 GB RAM and ASUS M5A97 motherboard . I want to know if i can play games like Watchdogs , BF4,GTA 5 and Arkham Knight and Titanfall, all at ultra maxed out settings with fps more than 60? Please help. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, but don't forget about Mantle either. The 8350 is powerful enough CPU-wise for BF4, so dips during multiplayer won't be too exaggerated, and the 7950 Boost is pretty strong.

Granted, we're talking about BF4 which is a current game, and he wants to build a 'future-proof' system (whatever that is :p lol), which this build is not.

Also, there is a pretty big difference between 'Ultra' and 'Maxed' settings in games. My 760 can run 'Ultra-type'...

You'll most likely need a stronger GPU than that but this spec will game at High with no trouble.

By the way, in computing nothing can be made "future proof" in 2 years a new tech that nobody knew about/considered could just make all our PC's obsolete.

You won't be able to max out BF4 with a 7950. Ultra may be possible but MSAA would most likely have to be off.

The problem with BF4 is the environment is very taxing. Frames are going fluctuate quite a bit.

As for WatchDogs or Arkham Knight, you're guess is as good as anyone. According to the system requirements, WatchDogs is going to be a pretty intense game, but no one knows as no benchmarks have been released yet.

I agree with Ashy, nothing is future proof. I suggest a more powerful GPU if you want to keep playing Ultra for another year or so on the latest games.

True. But, the environment of BF4 is pretty taxing. We're being too specific. There are only 3 MSAA settings for the game anyways.

I am forgetting about Mantle on purpose. It's really not going to do much with 8350. It may help with dips but meh. I'm impressed with Mantle on the lower scales. I say not maxed simply from my experience with my 770 GTX. Frames go from 50-90 all the time (well did. Bored with the game right now).
