I want to upgrade my pc's graphics card(two hd 6670) to a gtx 780. Will I get bottlenecked a lot by my cpu? Will my psu handle the gtx 780? What gtx 780 brand should I get?

Motherboard: Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 AM3+ 2x16 4D3 M32 GL R ATX Motherboard
8 gb ram (1600)

Case:

No, that PSU is terrible. I don't think your CPU will bottleneck the card too terribly however, but you won't be able to run that card on that PSU.

You could upgrade your CPU to an FX8320 and recieve no bottlenecks whatsoever. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

You will bottleneck horribly using that CPU with a 780. Your power supply is low quality. Zotac and EVGA are my choices for Nvidia cards, normally.
