New computer slows while web browsing

While websites are loading my computer becomes slow/laggy. No matter what I'm doing everything slows when something is loading in the browser. I've tried re-installing chrome, disabling all the add ons and I've tried using firefox and internet explorer. This same thing used to happen in my old computer. The only parts similar between computers is my SSD and a 5970. Everything else including gaming works flawlessly. Drivers are up to date. Let me know if you need more information and thank you.

You may have a corrupt cache. You can try using CCleaner to clear everything related to web browser data (minus the web browser itself).

you could also check for malware/viruses.ccleaner will take care of the tracking cookies.what are you using for antivirus and malware programs?

I tried CCleaner and it made no difference. I'm currently using Avast internet security.

for starters run a scan with avast.delete anything it comes up with.remember to post the log in your next post.as well download,update,and run malwarebytes.run a scan and delete anything it comes up with.post the log from this as well.we need to know what,if any infection you have.
