Don't have a k series, so can't really overclock. I'm looking for something that supports a usb 3.0 front panel, and allows sli with equivalent pci slots. 2 is good, but 4 would be cool too. Ram is not a big concern, as long as it suports ddr3 1333. Any suggeations?

I know you said you don't want to overclock, but the Z77 chipset just has an overall better feature set for the money, including the ability to overclock a little. You really aren't going to get anything that supports more than dual SLi/Crossfire for a reasonable price.
