The heads on the hard drive have most likely crashed=broken. You are probably out of luck trying to data off of it much less getting it to start up. That is the sound of death. Sorry for your luck.

The computer fell down. And now when i put it on it makes noise. I think that noise is from the hard disk. And also the is a message on the screen. And the start up always fail. I dont know what i should do.
