There are plenty of good gaming headphones, so just look up reviews online.

1) Why does it need to be BLUETOOTH specifically?

2) What's your budget?

Headphones range from about $50 to $500 or so. Bluetooth is more expensive, but there are wireless USB headphones that work just as good. Bluetooth itself is just a wireless connection, it's the quality of the headphones themselves that determines audio quality.

I don't know what your "cabel" warning means.

I get the desire to use Bluetooth if you have that already built in, but the USB receiver methods is standard. I'm not sure why you have an issue with plugging in the receiver. Do you have a laptop? If so, there are tiny ones that you don't have to remove even to put the laptop in a case.

I'll look again to see what's available.

THESE may do what you are asking:
http://www.turtlebeach.com/product-detail/pc-headsets/e...

Update:
It works with Bluetooth, but comes with a USB transceiver so I don't know if it works with your existing Bluetooth without the transceiver. You should CONTACT them about that.

In fact, I don't know if ANY wireless headphones work without an included USB transceiver.

Hm... Turtle Beach's headsets probably would resolve my problem (PX5, XP500) but im a bit disappointed that this is only one producent (or maybe i search bad) which creates that kind of headsets - you can listen high quality sound from digital input by wireless (ps3, xbox360) and in the same time talk over bt.
But lets back to topic - maybe is someone on this world which produce A2DP-HSP together-in-one-time bluetooth headsets?

I have the same problem. I've got a bluetooth headset (LG electronics HBS-730) which I can use to listen to music via my phone or desktop PC. The quality of sound is great. When I try to use it as a headset (thereby activating the mic) for playing a game, the sound quality is atrocious. It's noteworthy that the battery is rated as 15 hours talk-time or 10 hours music. This suggests that the device reduces the bandwidth used and thereby conserves energy when in conversation which is fine for a phone call but not for online gaming.

Edit: after further research, I have discovered that bluetooth consists of a large variety of profiles which define how data is transmitted between a large variety of hardware. The high-quality audio transmission relies on the A2DP profile while the low-quality audio and microphone transmissions rely on the HSP or HFP profiles.

The questions remains: How can I set up (Windows 7) to use the A2DP and HFP profiles at the same time from the same bluetooth adapter?

Edit: I contacted Kinivo about this issue and they responded that it is not possible to use two bluetooth proifles at the same time.

I have turtle beach xp400's left over from my xbox 360 that i use on pc. sound is amazing and the headset is wiresless (the box needs usb power, and optic audio preferred for high quality). the only problem is they are made for xbox not pc, so i need to use a bluetooth dongle to connect the mic wirelessly. but the mic sensitivity is so dang low its not usable for pc chat. not unless you can boost it some how. xp500's i think you can load settings to fix this. but all thigns aside, i tried the 'astro a50' and its pricey (about $300 dollars). i ended up taking it back because i couldnt justify 300 dollars for the simple fuction of a mic, when the xp400's sound great and i dont use a mic that often. but if i didnt have a headset already or needed a new one, astro a50 is my choice. i used it for about 3 days, sound quality is amazing, mic sounds good. its wireless on the headset. you just need usb which transfers power and voice chat. and fiber optic for sound (wire comes with).

Unfortunately this isn't possible to my knowledge, I had the same issue and the thing is bluetooth has two channels, with a2dp both are used for stereo audio, left and right, for any headset profile one channel is for voice the other for mono audio. The only way a product would be able to do this is by including two bluetooth transmitters, and you would need two bluetooth receivers, and that's sloppy and I'm pretty sure no company is going to set that up because other wireless options exist which are better in almost every way to bluetooth when it comes to using a PC (Bluetooth is designed mainly around battery life, and every aspect of it battery life gets the main attention, with quality and useability falling in second place) hope I helped

Edit: it's worth noting a2dp (specifically sbc codec) is far from high quality, and you'd get much better audio quality from a set of wireless PC gaming headphones from logitech (g930) or similar as its lossless, a2dp greatly compresses audio and the only way to avoid that is with a 3rd party codec like aptx or aac, which most bluetooth equipment doesn't support (both receiver and transmitter have to have the codec) and even then it's still compressed.
