GeForce GTX 650Ti installation help

I just bought a EVGA Geforce GTX 650 Ti 2GB and when I put it in my gateway which has a 520 Watt ATX PSU and turn it on my monitor says "no signal" whether I plug it in to my new GPU or the onboard video card In the instruction manual it says to disable the onboard video card so I tried through device manager which didn't work so I tried to uninstall it through BOIS and there was nothing that said video, graphics, etc. I'm stumped on what to try next please help :) If there is any information I left out please let me know

Nope nothing I checked each tab and couldn't find it
