Will my FX-4100 be bottlenecked by a Geforce GTX 750Ti ??

Just bought this bad boy last week, should be arriving anytime soon. Now I'm kind of worried ill have issues with my CPU. I'm working with the following,

AMD FX-4100 (overclocked to 4200mhz)

MSI Geforce GTX 750Ti

2 x 4GB, 8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3

Corsair CX500 500w PSU

good mid-range system, you wont have any problems

graphics cards are always bottlenecks because they are the most dependant part of the system for gaming.

i have a gtx 780 and its the bottleneck in my system, as upgrading my other parts will not increase fps, however upgrading to a 290x or 780 ti, would increase fps.
