I'm looking at a two PCs with the same i5-3470 CPU.
One on Windows 7, the other on Win Xp.
When playing a quicktime H.264 video, artifacts are visible. Random blocks all over the video, it only seems to be during certain areas of the video. (could it be the video itself?)
Also, the i5 seems to be sluggish when playing the h.264 video. Quicktime player will stop responding if I attempt to jump forward in the video.
Could this be caused by the i5 itself?
