FX-8350 overheating on OC

Hello friends! So I had some great success overclocking my FX-8350 to 4.6 Ghz. I ran the torture test and was able to keep it under 62C. But now I noticed it start heating up past that whilst playing BF4, so I dropped the voltage to normal and cranked it back to 4.5 Ghz. I was playing today and it got up to 69C?!?!! What gives?! I re-applied my thermal paste and it didn't help at all.

The only thing I can think of is that I recently put in a new case fan, would that create more heat than it helps with? Idk. Frustrated. :/

I'm on a 212 EVO and I've only got 4.5Ghz at 1.344 volts on my 8350, it stays below 62'c so I guess your 4.6Ghz is pushing it a bit... I also have two fans on...
