Because now, either set to Normal or Manual, SpeedFan on auto mode with all the advanced settings and configurations for pwm's and etc. doesn't change RPM no matter if CPU on idle or 100%, even when it gets passed Warning temperature, it still stays the same. i.e. if pwm is set to 30% so it always go at 30%, RPM raise only if I manually edit pwm % rates.

So does it have to be set as Disabled in BIOS and is this safe? Cuz it means it will go 100% full speed each time booting?

Speedfan only works on some motherboards, I would figure out how to adjust speeds in your BIOS. It may be possible you can't change them.

In BIOS I can set it to only Normal, Silent, Manual and Disabled. Disabled is max speed, silent is lowest speed, Normal is supposed to be Auto according to the manual, but it doesn't do anything related to auto, it just stays on same RPM, and Manual... Well it's just manual, also static speed selected manually.

All I want is that when on idle, fans work slow and when on high temp, the speed starts to increase and not stay same all the time.

Solved. Had to set in BIOS to Disabled and had to do additional SpeedFan configurations, had to tick more boxes, lol.
