Do i need to install windows 7 64bit on uefi or is old legacy version good enough for this system spec:
-core i7 4770k (default speed) never overclocked
-gigabyte z87x ud3h
-g skill 4x4gb (16gb) 1866mhz xmp (its on default 1600mhz)
-wd black 1tb
-gainward gtx 760 phantom 2gb (never overclocked) first one was bad ( driver stoped respondnig so i rma)
- power supply xfx 650w

So my question is: do i need to install windows 7 64bit on uefi cause i installed it on old fashion way and get bsod in games or just crash to desktop for example:
battlefield 3, far cry 3 crash to desktop with message battlefield 3 stoped responding or get a bsod.
world of tanks crash to desktop with no message at all or some times a bsod, a simple game for example "no time to explain" a flash game crashes to desktop with or without a message "stoped responding" even dont starve crashes with no message steam games crash all the time bioshock infinite and so...

-i tested memtest all 4 sticks on uefi boot mode after many hours no errors no crash no nothing, tested cpu with intel burn test(78c max temperature) after many hours the results are same so it means no error no crash or bsod.. tested gpu with unigine heaven no crash no heat problems
- tested in idle for 48 hours with no bsods
- the only game that didnt crash so far is battlefield play for free

installed windows clean formated 3 times fresh install, only latest drivers motherboard sound nvidia intel management engine inf files ...
so the problem with viruses trojan and drivers are eliminated

the question is does this system need uefi to run stable in games or what the hell is wrong the system crashes with 25% of cpu ussage and 50% of gpu ussage and low temperatures
