For the ones built into Windows, those should be available through Add/Remove Programs (Windows XP) or Programs and Features (Vista and 7).
For non-Windows versions, an installer is usually included with the games.

If you got your laptop from your work, it's possible they removed those games to prevent you from being distracted at work.
