I went to use my Kingston d101 g2 16gb flash drive and it didn't appear as E: Kingston as usual, it comes up as 2267 pram unde

If it's damaged, throw it away and replace it. They do not last indefinitely.

I'm Jewel with Kingston Technical Support. When a drive is recognized that way the computer is seeing a component of the flash drive but not the flash memory itself. This is something that can happen but is unusual. The DT101G2 is warrantied for 5 years. As we stand by all our products, it can be replaced under warranty.
