The computer im am making will not have a cd drive.

How do i install my windows 8.1 OEM disk trough usb?
I read i need to download the iso file but i cant find it anywhere

No, the linked tutorial is not a tutorial on how to create an ISO from a DVD. It will guide you through the steps of making a bootable USB memory stick for the purposes of installing Windows 8.x from, if you have either an ISO or a physical DVD.

I suggest this guide, which leads you the way to do it without a DVD and just download the ISO directly from Microsoft.

It may be faster or more economical to create an ISO image from the already on-hand physical DVD using the instructions linked to in the tutorial if the OP has a metered, or slow internet connection: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/software-tools/a/create-iso-image-file.htm
