So i bought a new laptop with an i7-4700MQ in it with 8GB RAm and a 765M and yet on two particular games I am noticing some lag every now and then on three specific games. I have BF4, Bully, Far Cry 3, Sim City and South park: The Stick of Truth installed and I notice it on Bully, BF4 and Far Cry no matter what the graphic settings. Anyone know what's going on here?

It's a laptop is why. You can't really expect everything to run even with a dedicated graphics card in the laptop. I suggest just updating your graphics drivers as a start and just play with all low settings and disable V-sync as well (if enabled).

It's always at 1080p and how do I turn hyper-threading off?

Turn off HT in the BIOS. 4 Cores 4 Threads is what you should aim for when gaming. 99% of games can't make use of the logical cores(threads) and some games it can actually hinder due to driver issues or something. Not sure what the exact cause is, but it does tend to mess up games sometimes.
