Hey guys. I get this error "NVidia display driver stopped responding and has recovered" only while playing Titanfall. I ask people on my lobby if they've gotten this error before, and they all say no. I have the latest 335.23 driver from Nvidia. Any thoughts on what it could be?

My PC's Specs:
CPU: i7 4770K @ 4.2Ghz
GPU: 2x GTX 770 SLI
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Formula
PSU: Corsair RM850

Have you tried disabling SLI? It could also be due to overclocking settings or likely overheating. The other option would be to roll back your drivers to the previous ones.

run a malware scan with malwarebytes first see if that fixes it. if it doesnt come back with anything try to do a clean install of your driver following this

dl and install http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/display_driver_unin...
power down
power up into safe mode
unistall graphic drivers new and old
power down
power up into windows
go to nvidias site to dl drivers

could be a confliction error or malware or something else but these 2 things fix most problems

I did try. I checked my temperature a few seconds after the crash, and the CPU was at 42°, the GPUs at around 35° I also booted into safe mode and uninstalled the drivers and re installed them.

see if you need to make an exception in your firewall and disable your av and try to run it see if that works

For now the issue seems to be resolved. After the servers came back up a few hours ago, I haven't had a crash.

did you try a solution or did the game seem to "fix itself"

I've had the same problem on other games with my GTX 670s. Its a driver problem, you have to go into the control panel and manually pick the GPU to do the PhysX processing, It doesn't matter which one, but you can't have "Auto-Select" picked.

It was a problem with the game, not the drivers by the look of it. The game servers went offline for a few hours, and when they came back on, I suppose they fixed the issue, because now it's working flawless.

No, the beta closed around 3 weeks ago. This is the full game.
