anytime i scroll up and down on websites, or stream movies online i get this flicker across the screen. trust me when i say this. i have all the lastest drivers, did clean reinstall. did everything i could think of. i bought a new hdd, and the problem was gone. all of a sudden it came back. NOTE: only does this when im online. games everything else works fine, no flickers nothing.

here is a video of my scrolling up and down. watch closely

make sure your microsoft silverlight updated and your java and flash. under nvidia control panel see that your display set to 60 hz or faster. two things that cause that error is slow refresh or over refresh of the gpu and or a slow refresh of the monitor. in the nvidia control make sure it set to one monitor and set to performace mode.

Thank you for your response, i did what you said, still same problem. but seems your telling me there is a sync error between my Vid card and monitor/tv. correct?

go up one size on the monitor size...so the screen rez is higher and use a default size for your monitor see if the error is gone. sometime depending on the monitor and the screen size you can get weird stuff when scrolling.
