I have a GTS250 PCIe card which was running fine, i had to leave town for a couple weeks and left the PC off, now that i get back i found the following problem.
whenever i first turn on the pc, windows will boot up normally but hung after loading the video driver, and the give me a BSOD and reboot, and the second time it boots up correctly but the graphic card works extremely slow, ie, i cant put a youtube video in full screen, the image/sound is all choppy, nor i cant play any game, the FPS is <10 ...
For some reason i believe that the card is trying to bootup in normal mode and upon failing its restarting in a special safe mode or something (no, windows is not in safe mode, and the driver works, i get full 1920x1080 resolution)...
Is this a common issue or does anyone know what can be causing this?
