Is it hard to change a power supply fan?

I had this old power supply and the fan didn't spin half the time. I was thinking if was just the fan and not the heart of the power supply that was failing. I opened it up to see if anything was caught in there. Don't worry, I was careful not to touch any parts like capacitors. But I saw the fan only had 2 wires, connecting to a small socket.

Would it be easy to fix that? Or should I leave it be.

Honestly it's not that hard to change a psu fan, long as you can find the right fan.

But you really should just get a new power supply, since you say this current one is pretty old and sounds like it is starting to fall apart.

How much power do you need? someone here can recommend a nice & inexpensive one for you.
