EVGA GTX 770 SC ACX bottlenecking?

I've noticed I've been getting lower frames in some games (mainly Battlefield 4) then some people that have posted these benchmarks. I get around 40-60 fps on ultra with some stutter once in a while. What should I do about this?
Specs:
AMD fx 6350 (stock cooler)
Raidmax af-500w
Asus m5a78l-m lx plus

try reducing MSAA, that may increase the frame rate of your game. If you are using any 60Hz monitor or HDMI cable, you won't go past 60fps in any game.

You can go over 60 FPS, just won't be able to see it.

Lower settings and check for latest GPU driver on Nvidia's website, or GeForce Experience.

you cpu low end

if you have vsync enabled or your frames locked thats normal. Your cpu also is on the lower side of things especially if you are playing on 64 player servers.
