Alright so first of all this is my rig:
corsair 800d case
corsair ax 860 psu
Asus Sabertooth z87 mobo
16gb Gskillz Ripjaw Ram
i7 4770k cpu- with corsair h100i cpu cooler
gigabyte windforce edition 780ti
gpu
samsung evo 840 series 256gb ssd
WD Caviar Black 1tb hdd
Okay so I know for a fact its not my gpu because i tried a different but same brand gpu and i was still getting the issues. I get absolute horrible frames for instance in minecraft i get 44 fps....and in insurgency i get 20 to 12. Arma 3 i get 18 and CoD Ghosts i notiec stuttering. So any tips on what to do would be helpful.
