Ok, that is what I thought. Would the 1gb model be enough? It fits better in my budget. Would that card Be able to run battlefield 4 pretty good. I am not a huge gamer, Just want a PC that will let me play games at a pretty good FPS when I want.

Ok, I will see if I can get a 2gb version into the budget. How much better will it be over the 1gb. What does it help? Sorry I am new to this, just trying to get my parts list figured out.

It basically allows your GPU to transfer more data. So that you can potentially run at higher settings.

but really 1gb will get you a playable performance at lower settings.

just make sure the vram of the card is GDDR5

What about this? Which would you guys recommend for bf4 and other newer games?

HD7770 2gb
or
r7 260x 1gb

I will be playing in 900p would like at least medium setting with AA off.
