Hello.

I just recently got a new PC which isn't the best, but isn't horrible. I noticed while playing games I had a hard time playing even on medium graphics, even with the power it has.

I'm not completely sure if the GPU is crap, so I figured I'd ask for opinions on here. I've been trying to get Planetside 2 to run on at least medium, but It's running at about 20 FPS. I've also been trying to run Rust, which is also running at about 20-25 FPS.

I've tried overclocking with AMD Overdrive but it doesn't seem to be doing anything at all.

My specs are:

Is this a laptop or desktop?
The 8570D should be the gpu part of the A8-6500 (the cpu).
You're probably getting low fps because the A8-6500 is on the lower end of the new AMD processors.

How much RAM do you have and what speed is it?

Desktop with 8GB's of RAM. I'm not sure what speed it is.

You could improve your speeds a bit by getting faster ram.
The way APU's work is the cpu AND the gpu take memory from the DDR3 ram you have installed nto your motherboard. By having more ram/faster ram you can increase the performance of both the cpu and gpu.
