Hello, I have just tested with uni heaven with my evga 780 ti superclocked acx cooler which comes over locked already to 1006 normal clock. I do the test with my added overclock settings and I am only getting a score of 1717, I have seen people with the same card and similar CPU or worse getting better scores, such as 1766? what gives' it's on ultimate settings with 8x aa everything maxed, the card is over clocked on the core and memory, 100 core 250 memory.

I have an i5 3570k at 4.2ghz
8gb 1600mhz
750 watt xfx power-supply
Evga 780ti

Thanks for your time.

are you on cd drivers or the newest ones from nvidias site? also sometimes if you do a bios update it improves the performance from the pcie slots

I know a new driver has come out today I'm on the driver before that from the actual website. And I have never done a bios update sorry I would not know where to start.

it could boost your performance but other than that i am not sure. if they are using 4670k/4770k they have a 5-7% performance increase over 3570k/3770k and if that is what you are comparing to thats probably where you are getting the lower score

Is updating It easy to do, and none of them were using that processor, sure it was i5 3550 plus his card was lower clocked then mine, either mine is under preforming or his CPU is better then mine, suppose I'll have to check newer driver or try this bios update.

it depends on your mobo, do you know the model? you could also run msi afterburner and see what your usage is when you run heaven

I think its a z77 ds3h dual bios or something it came with a program, but I'm not too sure where to start.

first check to see what bios your running. the most current is F11a if you have this version then you are on the latest version

How would I go about updating the bios? is there a download or some kind of tool that lets you download I am not too sure how to check.

here are a few ways you can check
http://www.wikihow.com/Check-BIOS-Version
to flash bios you have to dl the bios file then format a usb to fat 32 then put bios file on it and go into your bios and there should be an option to update your bios. it varies on mobo, check the version you are running first before you do anything though
