Within the last couple weeks I built a new computer with the following components
ASUS Sabertooth 990fx
AMD 9350fx 8 core CPU
Mushkin Chronos 480gb SSD
WD Caviar Black 750gb HDD (pulled from old computer)
ASUS GTX 780 2gb DDR5 GPU
EVGA Supernova NEX750B PSU
NZXT Kraken X60
NZXT Phantom 530 Case
Windows 7 Home Premuim 64bit service pack 1

This is my first total build. After reinstalling windows multiple times due to not knowing about the multiple hard drives plugged in while installing an OS and many hours fiddling around with cables from not knowing about the importance of the SATA port numbers and so on I finally got it to where it seemed to be running good.

Now i have a new issue that I cant find any answers on. When I get home from work and hit the power button on the tower the computer starts to boot. Goes through POST with the ASUS logo displayed and then right before the swirling windows logo i get a screen that tells me to insert a proper boot device and restart. If i enter the UEFI BIOS and look at my boot options the BIOS is not reading that I even have a SSD installed. Shut the computer down and second time and try again and it will boot just fine without any issues. The third time is the charm for about 3 days in a row now and I dont understand why.

I haven't tried swapping out any components as everything works as it is supposed to once its up and running. The only game I have tried since i finished the build is Elder Scrolls 5 and it runs better than it ever has except for the occasional freezing which works out after about a minute or 2 of waiting and I think that has more to do with having 53 mods installed more than it does any hardware but I have been wrong before.

Has anyone ever encountered anything like this before and if so what was it?

I am wondering if I have a faulty solid state but I ran HD Tune pro and didnt see anything out of the ordinary there. I am currently running Prime 95 to see if anything happens but its been almost an hour and nothing has really happened. I haven't tried overclocking anything yet but maybe at a later date. I have that Prime95 is good for checking system stability with the cpu and the ram so thats why I am running that.
