My fans (cpu, case, and psu) work but my gpu fan spin and then stops and no post at all. Im new to building a computer and I'm wondering if my mobo has shorted out or it just a ram stick problem. Or a gpu problem. Plus I don't have a speaker header. So any ideas or suggestions?
