I have a 1 terabyte external hard drive which I used on my MAC. I now want to move a very large (600Gigabyte) folder off of my PC and move it to the MAC. The PC of course doesn't recognize the MAC drive. How can I prompt it to do so and move my file folder?

You can format the drive as exFAT. You can read and write to the drive on both the Mac and a PC with exFAT. You can format the drive as exFAT on the Mac if you can't get it to format on the PC.
