I currently have a AMD Radeon 7850 HD 2GB (scroll over avatar for more info on system). I want

to upgrade to a new GPU because I want to be ready for mantle and I want my computer to play

games such as Battlefield 4, Call of Duty Ghost, Aion, World of Warcraft on highest settings

(World of Warcraft may be getting graphic update in new expansion). Which of the new AMD

would you suggest. I am also a graphic designer and a work in animation pretty much all things

that are heavy in rendering high quality images and 3D models. So let the suggestion roll in.

P.S. I'm comfortable with AMD, but I'll still consider all suggestions.

Update: I have about a $350 budget.

From a GPU newbie,

AMD Radeon R9 270X, dual AMD Radeon R7 260X, or get another one of what you have.

Check out http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html

With that budget I'd go a GTX 770, the Asus model (my favorite) is about $10 over budget, Gigabyte still (I think) has a couple models under $350

Moving to a HD7870/R9 270X will be a waste of time and money, the improvement is too small: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/gaming-graphics-card-revi...
Tradesman1 nails it with a GTX 770, but if you want to stay with AMD the R9 280X is the Red Team alternative.
Be aware that prices in certain markets are inflated for AMD cards right now so check carefully before making a decision.
As always, make sure the power supply can feed it! Don't use molex/PCI-E converters with cards of this calibre, you're asking for trouble.
