Directx 12 cards release?

When are directx 12 and its associated games and GPU's are going to release? Are the upcoming GTX 800 series are solely developed for directx 12?
Also, Does intel 5th generation processors comeup with Directx 12?
Please tell me if "Watch dogs" or "GTA 5" are for Directx 11 or 12 exclusive?

we will know more detail at GDC. but personally i don't think the upcoming 20nm gpu from nvidia and amd will be dx12 capable unless DX12 doesn't need new hardware which also unlikely. for GTA5 i think it will be available in both Dx9 and DX11 since the game also available on previous gen console. or it could be DX9 only. could be the same for watch dog. for sure both game will not have DX12 support on release.
