I need help deciding on a few parts for my gaming build + interested in peoples thoughts as I'm a noob.

Factors:
  • I don't have much money.
  • I like products with long warranty.

  • I am Australian, please dont link me to websites with US prices.

I'm pretty set on the parts listed below unless people can give reasons as to why its a bad idea. The parts I would like some help deciding would be a case and a CPU cooler.

    ASUS Sabertooth 990FX Motherboard R2.0
    AMD FX-8320 Processor (Already own)
    G.Skill Sniper F3-1600C9D-16GSR (2x8GB) 16GB DDR3 (I generally run multiple games / multitask alot)
    MSI Radeon R9 270X Gaming 2GB BF4 Bundle
OCZ ZS 650W Power Supply - (Already own)
Western Digital WD Black 500GB WD5003AZEX

If it can be sourced from here http://www.pccasegear.com/ that would be great.

    Case Requirements:
    • Front USB ports, not on top.
    • Front of the case similar to Carbide SeriesĀ® 500R Mid-Tower Case (panels that I can take out and add extra USB ports by using Coolermaster 2 x USB 3.0 Front Expansion Bay or similar.
    • Fan intake dust filters if possible?
    • Preferably less than $100.
    • Don't care for flashy led lights.

  • CPU Cooler Requirements:
    • Under $100.
    • Quiet as possible (Over hearing people they can hear a vacuum lol)
    • Better than stock FX 8320 cooler.

  • Once again, I am a noob so all suggestions are welcome. I need as much feedback as possible. Also I apologise if any of this offends the Tom's Hardware community.

    Thanks!

Save some money and get 8gb of ram as no game I know of will utilize 16gb of ram. How much is corsair h80i or nocturna NH-D14 as both are nice coolers.

NH-D14 is $89. (Seems pretty big? will it interfere with case space?)
    H80i is $135. (Too expensive)

I was after 16gb ram as I sometimes have multiple games running at the same time.

Sorry, for the messed up reply.
