I'm getting a new graphics card for my computer and I'm also gonna have to get a new motherboard because my old one doesn't have an 8 pin power connector. What mother board is best, under 100 dollars, that has an 8 pin power connector

Honest question here, what does the motherboard power connector (4pin or 8pin) have to do with your graphics card? Your power supply (and case size) would determine what graphics card you can support.
