Peltier Case Cooling

So, as I said in another post, I'm not happy with my Zotac GTX 770 temps, thanks to my beautiful warm country (30C+). So that got me thinking, what about using peltiers to cool the air below room temp and blowing it into my case? My idea is to build a small box, with a 90W or so peltier in the top. On top of it, an old tower cooler I have, and inside the box some big heatsink to get cooled. I'm thinking that way I'll get below zero temps. In front of that box will be a 14cm fan pulling air through the cold heatsink, and in the back of the box an isolated airduct will lead the cool air inside my case (or even direclty to the GPU fans). So, what do you guys think? Will the air get cool enough? Will it change just a few degrees?

Solution
No, the peltier won't manage to cool enough. It might even make it worse, because of the huge pile of energy being dumped into the peltier. You're also likely to get ice buildups on the heatsink you're attaching to the peltier, thus preventing airflow.

Depending on the architecture where you are, the underfloor space is usually quite cold. You might be able to put a rad box under the floor and watercool to there.

The problem with watercooling is: $$ Where I live building a simple custom WC could easily cost $500

Well, say a 90W peltier plus cooling air. Don`t think air generates that much heat
