Hey guys, after a lot of discussion and surveying, I have selected the following parts for my Budget PC on which I would be using programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Maxon Cinema 4D, Sony Vegas:

AMD FX-8320 8 Core Processor
AMD HD 7770 1GB GDDR5 Graphics Card
Transcend 8GB (1x8GB) RAM
Windows 8 Professional

All the other stuff such as Mobo, PSU, Drives; I have left it to my Computer guy.
What do you think of these components?

Ok well, guess you should go with 8Gb ram for now. But do try R7 260x graphic card instead of 7770. Its about 2k more than 7770, but worth it.

Yeah........somewhat, I was going for a card such as GTX 750Ti but ended up falling short on cash :/ btw I have taken one stick of RAM so that I have space for future expansion

For the editing work, it is better if you have dual channel rams. Get (4Gbx2) rams now, and most MoBos already have two mre slots so you can expand later on. Also, make sure RAms are operating at 1600MHz or more. Also see if you can get atleast AMD R7 260x GPU (if its in your budget).
P.S: I think I know you IRL. :)
