Case has no top fan slots. Should I use side fans for exhaust?

The case is a Rosewill Redbone ( http://tinyurl.com/lgtm5r4 ) and it comes with only 2 120mm fans, one intake at the front and one for exhaust at the back.

I've installed an EVO 212 and the cpu temps are fine with a slight OC (FX 8320 clocked at 4.2) Same story with the gpu. So I'm not really having trouble with stability
BUT I really don't think that's enough airflow for an 8320 and a gtx 770 in that tiny case and I'm worried that I'm missing out on better performance just because the case was cheap and in a bundle (Newegg bundles are tempting). So my question is if I should install a couple of fans at the side for either intake, exhaust , or both? Or should I not even bother if side fans are useless?

Usually front and side are used for intake, top are rear for exhaust. That seems to be most effective.

No, the side fans are for an extra intake of cold air directed to your video card.

unless your gpu and cpu are hitting 90C+ you wont hit any performance issues, basically your case is like mine (challenger) and a top fan would be redundant for a hyper 212 since it already sits so close to the rear exhaust fan (at least on my sabertooth 990fx)
