All modern cpus support crossfire as it is not the cpu to support the technology but more of the cpu to keep up with the two cards in crossfire. Its all about the motherboard for crossfire and all 970 chipset boards support crossfire and 990fx. the board needs two or more pci-e lanes and for two way crossfire at least a x16 and x8 or 2 x8 lanes or two x 16 lanes. All u need for two way crossfire. I dont know exact prices for ur area but a good usual budget for cpu and board would be a fx 6300 and a board like the asus m5a97 r2 or gigabyte 970-ud3/ud3p and thats just for quality but most 970 motherboards will support crossfire and the product description should show if it does.

In that case its fairly easy to pick, U could go with the new Kaveri A10s and pair it with the radeon 250 i think or i know that the Richland A10 6800k works with the radeon 7750 for hybrid crossfire, for the board then u only need a single pci-e lane so any board will do, but id still look at good brands such as gigabyte or asus or msi and a good chipset like a A88 or something that doesnt cost $50 in the us(again not sure on ur area pricing)
