Hey, for some time now I've been playing League of Legends and my ping has wild fluctuations whenever she goes on her computer. I checked the ping of the internet when she is solely on it compared to when I am solely on it, and her ping fluctuates and is roughly 8ms in Jitter above everyone else when she turns her computer on.
No torrenting programs are running, as far as I can tell it's just Chrome. Is there anything I should be looking for that is eating the bandwidth, as I expected it would be a torrenting program?
